Suggestions for You / Customer Responsibility:

Taking the following steps will help you avoid problems with your order before they can arise:

  • If you are unsure if a part is correct for your vehicle, please contact us before ordering. Our customer service team is happy to research and make sure you are getting the right part. We do not want to sell you something that will not work for you.
  • Please make certain of the year of your car. If there is any question, please look at your state automobile registration form.
  • Please inspect all items when you receive them. All warranty periods begin on the date of shipment.
  • Please carefully inspect your parts before installing them or delivering them to a third party for installation. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee or refuse credit on parts that have been installed or attempted to install.
  • Research installation procedures. Improper installation by the customer or any third party voids any and all warranties.

Basic Return Policy and Warranty:

1A Auto 60 Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee
All items sold by 1A Auto that are not custom made to order come with the 1A Auto 60 Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product please fill out our Online Return Form to arrange a return for a full refund on the item. Alternatively, you can email us or call us at 888-844-3393. All warranties begin on the date of receipt, and are for the original purchaser only.

Parts Under a 1A Auto 1 Year Warranty
If a part fails during intended use after 60 days, but before 1 year, the part can still be exchanged for a replacement. This warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not cover any labor or return shipping costs. To continue the warranty on the replacement part, you must return the failed part to 1A Auto within 60 days. Otherwise, the warranty will become void.
Parts Under a 1A Auto 2 Year Warranty
If a part fails during intended use after 60 days, but before 2 years, the part can still be exchanged for a replacement. This warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not cover any labor or return shipping costs. To continue the warranty on the replacement part, you must return the failed part to 1A Auto within 60 days. Otherwise, the warranty will become void.

Parts Under a 1A Auto 3 Year Warranty
If a part fails during intended use after 60 days, but before 3 years, the part can still be exchanged for a replacement. This warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not cover any labor or return shipping costs. To continue the warranty on the replacement part, you must return the failed part to 1A Auto within 60 days. Otherwise, the warranty will become void.

Parts Under a 1A Auto 5 Year Warranty
If a part fails during intended use after 60 days, but before 5 years, the part can still be exchanged for a replacement. This warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not cover any labor or return shipping costs. Parts Under a 1A Auto 6 Year Warranty
If a part fails during intended use after 60 days, but before 6 years, the part can still be exchanged for a replacement. This warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not cover any labor or return shipping costs. To continue the warranty on the replacement part, you must return the failed part to 1A Auto within 60 days. Otherwise, the warranty will become void.

Parts Under a 1A Auto Lifetime Warranty
If the part fails during intended use after 60 days, the part can still be exchanged for a replacement. This warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not cover any labor or return shipping costs. To continue the warranty on the replacement part, you must return the failed part to 1A Auto within 60 days. Otherwise, the warranty will become void.

Specifications and Exclusions
Warranties cover the part only and do not cover any damage, labor, or other inconveniences incurred. This warranty is voided if the part has been modified or used outside of its stated applications. In some cases, additional pieces may be included with the part that are not pictured or noted; the warranties do not cover any of these add-ons. Items that are intended to wear (for example: brakes, clutches, etc) are only warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship, not normal wear and tear.
1A Auto does not warranty light bulbs. If you receive a lighting product (Headlight, taillight, parking light, fog light etc.) that comes with the bulbs, the bulbs are not covered under our warranty. Our warranty applies only to the light assembly, itself.
Parts that have been installed cannot be returned for credit, only exchanged for a replacement. Custom made items are sold as-is and cannot be returned. Return shipping is only covered under the 60 day 1A Auto warranty, within the continental United States.

1A Auto Fit Guarantee:

All 1A Auto parts are guaranteed to fit the vehicles included in the part listing. If a product does not fit the vehicle that it is listed for, 1A Auto will make arrangements for a return or an exchange for the correct part and 1A Auto will pay for return shipping.

If there is a problem with the fit of a part, we may ask you for your vehicle identification number (VIN) and other information about your vehicle. This helps us to correct our fit information and make our listings as accurate as possible.

Incorrect Item Received:

If you suspect you have received an incorrect item, please call our customer service department toll free at 888-844-3393 or 978-433-3393. If you did receive an incorrect part, we will send the correct item at no charge.

No longer want or need an item:

If you should decide that you do not want an item that is still in brand new condition, you may return it to us within 60 days of the original purchase date (excluding custom made items). Please fill out our Online Return Form, email us, or call us first to arrange the return. We will issue a full refund once we receive your part.


Damage from Shipping or Non-Receipt of a Shipment:

Please notify us within 10 business days from date of receipt of any damage caused by shipping. We will ship a new item out immediately and file a claim with the carrier if. If damage should occur during shipping please:

  • Keep the box and merchandise.
  • Call us toll free 888-844-3393.

In the event of non-receipt of your order, please contact our customer service team at 888-844-3393.
